Came exactly as advertised on the pictures. Nothing missing and all in perfect condition ! Every pieces were wrapped up individually. So nice. Working amazing so far. Will update this review in a couple weeks after several uses.
Works okay - at first. Overall disappointed, but only moderately so. Very loud, difficult to adjust (hard to tighten screws enough to be stable). The power cord slips out if you BREATHE on it wrong, stopping the action right when you need it most.
I did not like the hassle it created. It would have been easier with a hand held remote. I 100% suggest spending a bit more money for the remote you can hold in your hand.
