Missing components

Does not work. No power to unit. When it gets plugged in, a spark comes out of control box (which isn’t a good thing) but at least that means power is moving through cord to control unit. However, light does not turn on, and nothing happens. On top of all that it’s missing some of the attachments. Contacted company - nothing heard. Was a b-day present for the wife, real disappointing.

Edit: after some time online found a Reddit that solved power issue. Company needs to update instructions. The control box plugs in to the unit in any position. However, only one position will actually allow power to the unit. You won’t know this unless you locate a tiny plastic bump inside the area you plug into, and line that to the plastic bump on part you’re plugging in. It can be completely connected but not lined up properly.

You’ll know if you have pins wrong if light on the adapter is blinking blue - if pins are aligned correctly it will be solid blue. Increasing rating and will increase more when/if they send items missing off their packing list.
